No spam, phishing, malware distribution, DDoS attacks, botnets, or unauthorized scanning of third-party systems. No content that violates copyright or local laws.
Cryptocurrency mining is prohibited on all plans. It consumes disproportionate resources and degrades performance for other customers.
Sustained bandwidth usage exceeding 80% of your plan's monthly allowance for more than 3 consecutive days constitutes abuse. We will contact you to upgrade or throttle.
You must keep your server patched, use strong SSH keys (not just passwords), and configure a firewall. Unpatched servers vulnerable to exploitation are subject to suspension.
No adult content, gambling (unless licensed), file sharing services, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
First offense: warning. Second offense: 7-day suspension. Third offense: permanent termination with no refund. Critical security threats may result in immediate suspension.
You may appeal a suspension by contacting [email protected]. Appeals are reviewed within 48 hours.
We monitor network traffic for abuse patterns. This does not include inspecting encrypted content. Monitoring is for security and capacity planning only.
