By accessing or using FinHosting Store (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
All prices are listed in USD. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 3-day grace period.
VPS instances are provisioned automatically within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. You will receive root credentials via email. Provisioning is final and non-refundable after completion.
You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities, spam, DDoS attacks, malware distribution, or any activity that violates our Acceptable Use Policy.
All content, software, and materials on the Service are owned by FinHosting or its licensors. You retain ownership of data you store on your VPS.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, though we maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify FinHosting against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We may terminate your account for material breach. You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the billing period.
