All VPS plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of first purchase. If you're not satisfied, contact support within 7 days for a full refund.
The guarantee applies to first-time purchases only. Renewals, upgrades, and additional servers are not eligible for the money-back guarantee.
Submit a refund request via [email protected] with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds are not available for: custom configurations, dedicated servers, domain registrations, or services used beyond the 7-day window.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Service continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time.
If a renewal payment fails, we attempt 3 retries over 7 days. If all fail, the server is suspended and data is retained for 14 days before deletion.
If uptime falls below 99.9% in a billing period, you receive a service credit of 10% of the monthly fee per 0.1% below SLA, capped at 100%.
Unjustified chargebacks result in account termination without refund and may be reported to fraud databases.
Refunds to international cards may take additional 3-5 business days depending on your bank. Currency conversion fees are not refunded.
