How your VPS is deployed, delivered, and what happens if something goes wrong.
VPS instances are provisioned automatically within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. You receive root credentials (IP, username, password) via email immediately.
Choose from Ubuntu 22.04/24.04 LTS, Debian 12, or CentOS Stream 9 at deployment. The OS can be changed later via reinstall (data is wiped).
Root credentials are sent to the email address on your account. If you don't receive them within 5 minutes, check spam or contact support. Credentials are shown only once.
If provisioning fails (rare, <0.1% of orders), the order is automatically cancelled and refunded within 24 hours. You will be notified by email.
You can reinstall the OS or restore from a snapshot at any time from your control panel. Reinstalling wipes all data. Restoring overwrites current state with the snapshot.
A public IPv4 and IPv6 address are assigned automatically. The IPv4 address is static for the life of the instance. It is released upon termination.
Your VPS is allocated on a specific physical host. We do not migrate instances between hosts without 48 hours' notice (for hardware maintenance).
Provisioning is complete when you can SSH into your server. If SSH fails within the first 10 minutes, contact support with your order ID for immediate assistance.
Upgrading to a higher plan is instant and does not require a reinstall. Downgrading requires a reinstall and is processed within 24 hours.
Provisioning issues: [email protected]. Include your order ID and the error message you received.
